teaching a new remote with CB11

I have just had a pair of gates installed with sunken motor controls and CB11 controller. When attempting to teach a new handheld opener (type 94335E) following the instructions provided. Only the LHS gate opens or closes, the RHS stays closed.
Could somebody please help me on this one.

Many Thanks.

Gary.

Hi Gary
Firstly I would check your motor wiring from the RHS in the CB11 panel

You might have pressed CH2 when "learn".
CH2 is for pedestrian-mode that opens the one side only.
Try to "learn" the remote again by pressing CH1 first, then press the remote to learn car-mode to open both sides.

RE: teaching a new remote with CB11

All remotes need to be programmed into CH1 on a CB11 control panel as CH2 is for pedestrian mode.

If you press CH2 and Hold it in untill the light goes out that will cleap CH2 of all remotes then programme the remote into CH1
